Export My Calendar

Setting up synchronization from a Notion Database to Google Calendar

How to set up Notion Database integration with Google Calendar: As a longtime Notion user, you likely have an extensive database filled with meetings, events, and project plans. While connecting Google Calendar to Notion Calendar is simple, syncing Notion databases with Google Calendar isn’t natively supported. This tool provides an easy solution: log in to Notion, select the databases you want to export, and receive a unique URL. Simply paste this URL into Google Calendar or any other calendar app to make your Notion events visible. No manual updates required—just set it up once and enjoy seamless integration.

Click select pages in the notion access request window

Step 1: Log in to Notion

Click the "Log in with Notion" button at the top of the page. Exporting your Notion Database requires permission to view the pages you want to be exported. You don't have to create an account with this service, as you Notion account will be used to log in.

Select your database pages and Allow access

Step 2: Select your Calendar Database

Export My Calender will export all the Notion databases you selected, provided they contain at least one Date column. When there are more Date-type properties, the one named 'Date' will be selected if it exists, or else the first column returned by Notion. For now, multiple selected Notion databases will be merged into a single export link, but this will change in the future.

Add the provided calendar URL under Add Other Calender From URL

Step 3: Add url to Google Calendar

After selecting the databases to be exported, you will be presented with an iCal URL. This url can be imported into most calendar software, including Google Calendar or Outlook calendar.

For example, to synchronize to your Google Calendar: Add a new calendar in Google Calendar by pressing the plus (+) sign next to Other calenders in the sidebar. Then, press From URL in the menu that appears and paste in the URL provided to you.

Now, whenever you add a new item in your Notion database, it will appear in google calendar.
